you will be looking at a minium of £200 plus travel probably mate, well thats what i would charge as i have made that in an hours worth of studio work before. if you want someone cheaper mate i have a friend who is pretty decent. i could pass on the word
also i found this pic of when i just held the skirt in place, but looking at that pic that skirt may actually be for the otherside lol im not sure, obviously when screwed and glued it would fit better
ok heres a pic guys, im pretty sure they are the same ones as i have got
think also the skirts on jamies car are the same too
also heres the paint code thread
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=202843&highlight=paint+codes
the number is in the door sill mate, i think there is a thread in guides section with the names and codes. pretty sure there is only one black for the dynamique which is pearl black, so you could just get thecode off the list
i think they are pretty much the same, ive got a set but cant remember which place i got them from, they came in about a week which being sent from poland isnt bad. i havent fitted mine yet, ive some on my pc i will put when i am on it
here you go mate have a look at this thread of when my bro PC'ed his car,
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=267499
it removes all the swirls, you uses different cutting compounds and pads. getting less and less abrassive as you go and then final polish to make it ultra shiney
CS3 is much better than cs2 for black and white as it has an adjust black and white mode, allowing you to select the type of contrast etc and whether you want to adjust the chanels
ok i doubt i will get time to take pics for this as i have loads of uni work, but i thought i would post up these ones, obviously they are not to be entered as they are not shot for in the time period, just thought you guys might like a look
this was shot at the war and peace show
then some...
damn you guys are too quick lol
the offical definition from sigma :)
Apochromatic lenses are telephoto and telezoom type lenses which use special optical designs and optical materials (SLD or ELD glass) to improve their performance. The result is images which have greater contrast, sharpness...
isnt is a case of running wide wheels on the front rather that smaller ones on the back, just to get the power down on heavily tuned front wheel drive cars
the 28-135mm is a great 'walkabout' lens, it covers you for most situations giving you a bit of wide angle and a bit of telephoto. if it was me though i would probably take more than the one lens and a small tripod :)
oh talking about batteries i would definately recommend getting a battery grip, with 2 batteries it last for ages and it has the advantage of then having a button on the top for when you shoot portrait
on the canon mate i borrowed it off my mate, as at the time i didnt have a telephoto. i have actually now got a tamron 70-300 lens which is good quality rrp £200, but i got it for £100 when my mate bought his 30d. i havent had a chance to use it for motorsports yet though, i have found sometimes...
yes mate you definately want a 300mm a silverstone as depending where you are on the course you may struggle. i went there last year to the time attack / d1 drift competition and the 300mm was about right as it gave you scope to get in a bit closer.
most of mine were shot under 300mm but the...
the 50mm 1.8 canon is a good lens but is actually 80mm for people without a full frame dslr, which is fine for portrait photography etc as its the same magnification as the human eye. it can sometimes be a little limiting, for example i struggle at car shows to fit cars in with the 28mm part of...
mm its tricky as there are actual several versions of the sigma 70-300mm APO i think the cheapest starting around the £120 mark
the best bet would be to go to jessops and test them (but dont buy from there)
i was quite impressed by the canon 70-300mm as the ultrasonic focusing seemed to be...
looks tidy mate, as said lower it and rs grill at it will look great, maybe also colour code it, sounds stupid being on a black car and all but it does make a difference
dont forget though the 400d is not a full frame dslr meaning that you have to multiply the focal length by 1.6, making the canon 50mm lens actually 80mm
