I heard issues of old too so I bought mine new last year so I have the lifetime warranty and have had no problems at all so would assume that they have sorted them.
No idea about comparing the Milltek to the Scorpion as I haven't heard one.
Fitted AST Sportline II coilovers to my 182FF which are valved for my stripped 172 but heyyy:D
Also fitted my black F1's and 595 RSR's in preparation for my Nurburgring visit :)
Also fitted another condenser, removed the carbon catch, plugged my headlight washers and removed my fog lights...
My old original Yozza and silenced decat
A rather rubbish video of my Milltek with a silenced decat.

The Milltek is a system that you can live with even without a cat. On that day mine blew 88db @ 5300rpm. Yozza was ridiculously loud...
Sure mate, I am about all day. Need to adjust the height on them then take it for a spin then fit the arb.
Give us a text as I my parents are out all day so will be working on both cars all day
Well that does surprise me actually as they did me a silenced decat, admittedly I had alot of trouble with the crappy powerflow silencers that they use so they made me another one but won't be using them again tbh. You get what you pay for.
Dan did (excitedly) tell me that it was going into you...
Well it seems that tonight my N/S CV joint has let go.
My question being, what would be my best replacement, a second hand one, a genuine brand new one or a pattern part new one?
I would never normally consider any pattern parts on my car but I have just had a quick look on ebay and a...
Thanks mate:)
Hopefully exciting stuff will happen possibly end of next week early week after as I have literally just come off the phone to custom cages and my cage should be with me Tuesday after adding a couple of extras with it, naturally:o
lol
I will have the seat bars and brackets put in so that I can bolt your seat in there too so will need to take some measurements from your seats sometime.
Worked well for removing those "tough to get at bolts".......are they not recommended then?..
Well got abit more done tonight thanks to Scott for lending a hand:D
Everything does seem to take longer than expected though!
So changes since last time are something along the lines of, dashboard, heater, wiper motor, washer bottle, battery, radiator, condenser, inlets, front bumper...
Thanks chaps:D
You will squeeze in one Scott!
I think you would get fed up with these seats in an everyday car Dan! By the time I have my cage in there you will need to be a contortionist to get in and out of it!
I found them on ebay just outside Stowmarket. The cheapest I could find them on the net was £498 each. I paid £325 each and they still had the polythene on!
I will PM you a couple of links Lewis as I am watching a fair few seats on ebay atm and I hope they are within your price range....
Update
Once again, items keep coming up at the right price! Tonight I picked up a pair of brand new Corbeau Evolution seats. I am a 32" waist and I can only just squeeze into them. Exactly how I wanted it but my passengers will beg to differ...
lol
Scott can be thrown between both cars then!
In theory my seats will be even worst on the next couple of track days than at Snetterton Scott, as I will have fitted my AST's (thanks to Lewis!) and rear ARB. Corning like its on rails:)
