Oil temp is not.depndant on time. Its how the engine is used. Obv if people tickle its arse for 15mins, its not gonna be as warm as someone that works the engine up the rev range properly

I would chuck a set of plugs in, see how it feels then. When was it last serviced/oil changed? That can make a difference.
PS - Make sure you get the correct NGK plugs and use 5w 40 oil
