Water pump Is less than 3 weeks old, although it's not a genuine one it shouldn't fail that quick

Ok the temp gauge moves when the lights are turned on aswell! Could the switch be knackered?

Basically the fan isn't kicking in I've replaced the little black relay for the fan! If I unplug the temp switch the fan kicks in! If I remove the relay it stops! Swapped it with the fuel pump one and the car wouldn't start so I replaced the faulty one!! Anyway fitted the new one and and...

Well I replaced the temp sender switch and it started working as it should! Now it's started to fail again... Fan doesn't kick in unless I unplug the connector when the engine is running, plug it in and it stops unplug and it works!! WTF
