Hey folks been wanting to do a trip around the west coast of Scotland for ages now, just putting the feelers out to see if anybody would fancy joining me???? was thinking the week after chrimbo, weather dependant of course!!!
Get rid of that barry boy exhaust and max power lights and youve got a nice motor!!! these phase 1 172's are growing on me alot, starting to look like a proper old school hot hatch
if your going to clean your injectors your best using an ultrasonic bath and get them tested properly for peak flow etc, i would be able to do it for a small fee ;)!!!!
just started having this problem, was told a few months ago my top mounts needed doing but i just thought it was national tyers trying to rip me off as there wasnt that much free play in them. But i guess they where right!!!!

not it wont fella!!! in simple terms a remap alters fueling and the ignition timing, by tweaking them both they are able to optimise power and torque outputs. they will just upload the standard map
It sounds like there is a load of cowboys in the mapping game!!! what a load of crap about the map taking 50 miles or so to work lol, your only ever gonna see massive gains if you have a turbo charged engine. Probably not worth the money you spent.
Stick with the standard plugs, I use to test so called performance spark plugs when i worked for champion spark plugs and its a load of crap they put on the box!!! Unless you have tuned your engine, if you have you could look at a different heat range. otherwise just stick with the standard item
