google is your friend mate, also worth speaking to some of the companies that are on here like Ktec/JMS/BTM (Fred) etc... and they will help you out theres plenty of info on the site aswell i'll be getting coilovers for my cup (track use) so don't know wheres best to get the springs/dampers...

i would never just do springs alone mate, if your going over -20mm then i would say 100% uprate the dampers/shocks aswell (tbh i would say you would be best uprating the dampers when lowering at all) if your not going to be playing about with the ride height then coilovers aren't needed, the...

have a look on machine mart mate, i've just bought a Clarke engine crane/load leveller/engine stand and a few other wee bits a pieces from there Engine crane was about £160, Load leveller £30, Stand £40 Engine is approx 100-120kg and the box is about 35kg (info from on here) ;)
