yeh exactly mate, i exhausted all other options i could think of and not really a big deal tbh as theres no other damage done as as you said the windows are cheap

you need to ask yourself the question why the seller hasn't told you it's a Cat D in the first place, if they are hiding a major thing like that is there anything else their hiding about it ?

I need a new door lock (i can't even get the key in mine) so just looking for the best option, the options i can think of the now are
A - Get a new door lock from Renault that matches my key (not sure how much this would be but i'm guessing at not cheap !)
B - Get a used door lock/ignition...
