That affects sync speed, not speed "tolerances" (which going on Alymac's previous threads is what he is referring to).

"Broadband" is a generic name for an "always on" connection faster than dialup. As for speed tolerances that all depends on the provider (Cable, BTWholesale, LLU etc..)

I'd steer clear of most of the stuff on Ebay tbh. For £300 you could do better than that particular machine.

The fuel gauge isn't linear which makes it look like you've used loads of petrol and have hardly any left.
