I did drive it for the first month of passing my test but it was under a company policy so I wasn't even a named driver. I do understand your point though.
I can drive properly and this is my 3rd car at the moment, I learned in a 2.0L 140hp VW Passat, so power experience is not an issue.
Just really bored of the 1.4
Right so to get insured on a 55plate 182 it will cost me £3600
to get insured on a 60plate 200 it will be £3000.
Both FC, 19, 1 years ncb, A Rated Postcode, No claims, No Convictions, Both parents on the policy as named drivers.

The company is legit, it is a sub brand of Towergate Underwriters who are well established.
Also worth noting, to check how much your voluntary excess realistically saves you on your quote. For example a £2000 quote with only £50 excess then making it £750 and it reduces it to £1220 would not...

I had some issue with mine and it just snapped. If it can't be fixed you can pick up another seat second hand fairly cheap.
It's just the way they word it, along with the "have you had any accidents in the last 5 years?" doesn't say have you claimed or gone through insurance its just in general.
Sick of insurance companies to be honest, money milking w***ers.

The date was Jan 08 and 3 points were issued but no fine.
Without my mum on the insurance it makes a difference of £300 but with the sp30 it is another £100.
So it's still cheaper but it could be cheaper.
Now my...
If all else fails remove the door cards.
Take the lower rear seats off and you will see a bolt holding the rear seat belts in, undo that. There will also be a torx screw on a rail type thing on the floor holding the front seat belts in, remove that.
You can now pull off the door card and you...
Clios 172's are really coming down in price mate and for the cost of an engine conversion you might aswell buy the actual car, put the 1.2 to standard and sell it.
You can usually pick up a cheap bumper on here to be honest, just depends if one pops up in your colour otherwise you have to add the cost of spraying.
I think they normally go for less than £100
