The F1 places I've visited (4 in total and with mates which is access all areas) are no different from the class 2 bio lab I work in 9-5. Except instead of blood and urine, its carbon and titanium. I'd much rather have a look round a WRC or touring car team.
Just buy the parts seperately and keep the invoice, then take it to a independant, that way you know the right oil will be used and not some budget rubbish.
Never used them personally as I take my cars to a place in Bedford, but my neighbour has and she didn't have any problems. They do sales too and have sold everything from 1.2 to MK2 V6's so they know there stuff.
Engine mods! Currently has a K&N panel filter in there, but the plan is for a new manifold (removes the cat and gains 14 bhp) and other goodies. It's booked onto a C2 owners club RR day at the end of next month so I'll see what's what then and go from there.

The best thing to do is get in contact with insurance compaines who dealer with exotic stuff like Zonda's and Carrera's etc and get a tailored quote from someone like that. There bound to be far more accomidating than Tesco or Norwich union.
