as far as height goes, i can't remember the exact details, but i think that wishbones level gives the ideal roll centre.
give these guys a call if you want, they will be able to explain much better than i can!

i think both the h&r's and ast's have...
no worries, you shouldn't have any issues at all with clearance.
it's worth remembering that going too low won't be ideal for track work too. if you go too far down you will end up with more understeer.
i'd have them set up for track use personally, if your reason for buying coils is for track work.
there shouldn't be massive issues for road use, most likely tyre wear, but nothing safety related if that is what you are thinking?
a set of 15's makes quite a change to the feel of the car, if...
from what i understand, the 4-1 gives better peak power, while the 4-2-1 gives better torque.
iirc. the extra 10ps with the 182 caused a lower torque figure which was improved with the exhaust mani.
don't f1 cars run 4-1 manifolds?
cool, good work! so if you have just fitted it before the weekend, how are your tyres getting on;)
i was meaning the rear subframe etc, i think i remember talking to you about the ph2 suspension setup?
when i ordered mine, arp said they were the same bolts as the valvers. i don't think there was any machining to fit them, but i didn't fit them myself either..
i had 205 50 15's for a while, they were on 6.5j et 56 wheels with 10mm spacers, so standard offset for mine.
car is lowered on kw's but is set up for driving not looks, ie. not stupid low.
i didn't have any problems at all and did a good few trackdays like that.
cheers, doug
the enkeis looked awesome in anthracite! they used to be mine, but wouldn't fit over my four pots, i was gutted, as i had to have the centres machined to fit!
the turinis do look right though joe, i'd have them in anthracite too.......
check that the garage who did the belts had BOTH of the locking tools, if not there is a good chance that the belts were not tensioned correctly.
it might be worth phoning a specialist to see exactly what is involved (if you don't know already) so you will know if they try to blag you.
