all of them are exactly equal to the willy. ate least in the catalogue it is.

my gearbox is already weird... going to change valvoline to 80... In my earlier days I had 2 Super5. Their gearboxs were brilliant. My clio has something in it that cant get my trust.

3ª to 4º gear.. without any use of the clutch, just keep on pressing the knob till the engine goes up the rpm limit, and then with the "limit rpm cut" (damn my english eheh) it changes gear?

well... I own a highly damage valver engine... repair isnt worth it. :/ Can I use the valver clutch in my 1.4 energy? ;P eheh I guess not. Just got that idea because of the lightening flywheel.

30º to 33º when the valve closes. The area it touches with the head. I think you call it "valve seat".

For know Im only working the head. Valves that close with 30 a 33º. A little tweaked cam. Exhaust and intake struture all polished.
All this so that I can have a smooth power going up the rpm.

Ben P, i dont know. I think you dont have to go to the fly wheel to get rotation. You can get a belt hooked up to the alternator (the thing that charges up the battery ).
If anyone could give some ideias how to make this work.... that would be great.

What about adding a compressor like the one of Polo G40? Im really studing this mod and think its possible. Even its easier than a turbo mod since it doesnt have to change the exhaust manifold...

I own a 1.4lts RTi and Im really into working the engine to the 100hp mark. Dont need more since I want this engine to last till the 1.8lts 16v is ready, which can take 1 year... doing slowly just for the fun of it.

I dont have this discs on my car, but it will be my choice when changing is needed.
What I can tell is that this discs are a very good price/performance. Here in Portugal many of tuning ppl who goes into trackdays for a spin choose this discs with Ferodo ds2000 and Dot 5.1 oil.
