45k, only things to have gone are starter motor and clutch, cambelt been done along with the other major service bits and bobs

Back on turini's now, Those are only for track use

It's the wing mirror, on the passenger side there's the outside temp sensor, on the drivers side there's just a hole, i beleive that's the cause

I've got a CDA, not a bad word about it really, souns good, works well with my other mods, only problem is the filter gets dirty quickly and filled with flies

Don't go for an OE one! It will only fall off a few months down the line!

My rear lowering springs are completely shot! Does anyone know where i get get just the rear springs from? Ideally a choice of height adjustment and lb ratings??

why don't you get the "all 4" package from virgin, get a sim card free with that with 300 odd minutes and 300 odd texts that only £40, save you a bundle!

Try leaving the clutch down longer before changing into second for the revs to drop, if it goes in fine, then it's more than likely the syncro has gone

NGK, don't touch bosch, poor plugs!

Engine only starts working properly at about 4500rpm!! Stick your foot down, these engines love a good rev!
