    Cams or machined/flowed head -which to go for?

    I don't think you should go for the sports cat either, no point, do it properly and get a de-cat, gains will be much more noticeable if you have cams as well

    best induction kit for grunt / sound

    Piper X cone filter, sounds awesome, does nothing for performance though! I opted for a bmc after that, better performance but doesn't sound as good!

    I was actually going to have "CLIO CUP 172" I was jealous when i saw a mini one, with a sunstrip that said "140bhp - POW" on it, i thought to myself, i really must get one of those lol!
