Ok, on the cup....... youve got the pretensioners, but not the side airbags right?
well, if you wanna keep the pretensioner then just find a mounting point on the new subframes and jobs-a-goodun, if you dont want it itll cause issues like airbags not firing in a crash situation as the whole...
Soz Bambam but your very wrong with your conversion there mate, and I quote:
Power/Energy
1 BHP (SAE) = *1.01387 BHP (PS) = 0.7457 KW = 33,000 lbs/ft/min.
1 KW/Hour = 3412 Btu/hrs. = 1.341 BHP/hrs. = 3600 Kilojoules
* For all practical purposes SAE and PS (Metric) horsepower are the same
Id say get in touch with your local trading standards now mate, you have been mis-sold a car, and that should entitle you to clear the deal, give the car back and get your hard earned cash back mate, but take advice from trading standards, they also will keep the details on record in case they...
Well, his works out to 20% tranny loss,
where as Leighs is only 13% tranny loss.....
Now, which one do you believe  cos there will not be THAT big a variation.
you would have to use the mk1 172 pedal set though, cos the 1.2 16v dont have the fly-by-wire throttle does it? hehehe saying that my mk2 dont have it now either LoL
How about on a car with aircon running a stretch of the cold aircon piping round the inside of the airbox? :p - this aint a mods thats happening on mine by the way.
Cheers Ivan, erm I think..... LoL
Ben, yeah ok..... erm.... Ill let the designer tell you himself, will the designer of the airbox please step forward!
And Ben, youre the only one to notice that there aint any coolant LoL it got dumped when we took the rad out to stick the Kenlowe fan on...
Head scratching - yup, I think everything is being scratched at some point LoL but its getting there, as always cold air is the key so thats why weve gone for a custom box, and you should see it, the fit is sooooo good, cos theres 3 bolts which youve gotta get round, and its done spot on, the...
Ok all, a quick piccie of a new shiney bit whilst I get all the photos updated, and Ill put more on the "http://forum.cliosport.net/display_forum_topics.asp?ForumID=6Exterior, Power & Mechanical" forum, anyways, this one just shows the design skills of one of our members, and the fabrication...
erm I think its either 250 or 500rpm earlier yes, but best off getting a rolling road printout of your bhp and torque graph and calculating best change points, it should be about 6500 in reality, but you can hang longer in a gear if needed (like I can hang long in third on the 1/4 mile - but my...
Erm who had a unichip done a bit ago? Hmmmm about £400-500 I think?
TBs are coming along, waiting for the custom airbox to have its first fitting, but no doubt therell be fitting issues LoL and Ive got the ecu kit waiting down with the guys who and fitting/setting it up, but theyre waiting for...
Chris nnic - Yup, for the cup a Dastek Unichip is a great idea, gives alot more control over timing and fueling setup, it obviously depends on the mods you have, but they are good, the only thing better would be to get a completely new ECU, but that is alot more costly (I should know LoL).
Nice one mate, always willing to help out, Ive got other means of tracing etc, but Ill keep those ones to myself ;)
Hehehe lucky I checked before hitting the fire button though, or your security guys @ Citibank would have been down on me like a ton of bricks LoL
