Its easy tbh to remove the wings, just take your time and keep the bolts in one place,
The wings are not adjustable to my knowledge their fixed, the only part you can move to make the bumper sit better is the bumper itself,
Use a bolt and nut in the wheel arch were the bumper connects to, to...
theres no break anywhere, iv gone through each wire looking for a earth that might not been connected,
i did find one set of wires, its on the dashboard loom and each time i touched the tester on a white line the UCH clicked, guessing thats for a car with alarm im not sure,
Wings are simple...
open bonnet and on each sides there should be about 3 bolts, theres one right behind the bonnet hinge on each side,
now open the driver door, theres 2-3 in there,
on the sill theres 2,
Need to remove the headllights aswell obviously, and just slide the wings out :)
Been looking over the loom in the rear + front and every earth point is connected, turned ingition on and tester the plug that connects to the rear loom and that has power feeding into it but from that block onwards towards the rear theres no power ATALL ..no wonder the fuel pump wont prime ...
Fuel pump still doesnt prime, even tho if fitted the rear loom which is now connected up to the front..
Checked all the fuses in the bay and their fine.. im clueless now tbh
hold on im confused here, il go double check for you :) bare with me.
just checked and no its ok you dont have to remove the steering wheel, that was just me confusing with the top lol,
lower part is a piece of piss tbh, just you need to take the steering wheel off + stalk controls..
theres a total of 4screws iirc,
1 is on the left hand side right behing a small flap (same on the right hand side)
and the other 2 are behind the fan controls
How do you remove the connection for the back window?
iv poped the spoiler off, but the wiring goes to the furthest point of the boot frame, so i cant get to it :dapprove:
is there a easier way ?
naa, its £15 for half a tank, done 220 miles and it hasnt moved alot, so im happy :)
got my coolant hoses from steve today aswell, so il fit them tommorow :D
Not sure, thats why i want to kno 100% that their different so i can purchase one for the car,
just though the ecu controls the flow of which the pump pumps through :S
