Trading her in on Wednesday so gave her a wee clean and hoover on my day off.
Had it just over two years now and she's not missed a beat once, apart from the occasional electronic fault over the last month or so. She came with 42k miles and now sitting pretty on 87k. Sad to see her go.
I dont like not being able to have the humerous text alerts on mine.
Other than that I think its good. Not bothered aboutringtones for each contact so stick 'em on my sim and it works good. Not got round to sorting my free bluetooth earpiece yet.
Anyone know how to change the ear piece bit...
I think the K-tec one comes round like a normal 1.2 exhaust then has an extension to bring it round the back of the spare wheel well and out the cut-outs?

I'm having a similar problem to you. Does your engine try to stall when the electronics light comes on?
Also engine is always at normal operating temperature. Never done it when cold.
Its a pain in the a$$. My warranty ran out just a couple of months ago and I knew something would go wrong! Power steering pump is leaking too which I had replaced when I got it. Done 45k since. :(
Been doing this for a while now, about 8 times I think... usually when i'm in traffic or just utting the engine on.
Basically the electronics warning light will flash at me and the engine will try and cut out, revs will drop really low and I need to give it a bit of welly to stop it from...
Possibley to do with the brakes though as I'm sure there are a few different brake manufacturers used. My brakes are by Sachs but the Haynes manual states two other ones. Cant remember what they are off the top of my head.
It may help if the original poster could identify which model he has...

Parker's says it has 13" standard on Mk2 ph1 1.2 8v.
Mk2 Ph2 have 14" wheels. So I'm not sure if the Ph2 will take 13s.
Would you believe my 1.2 16v Sport is a group 10? I thought it was group 2 lol
To be honest, i'm not entirly following what this left foot braking malarky is, to me it would be braking with the left foot instead of the right.
I have just looked up wikipedia to see what it said. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Left_foot_braking
An example it used is in a race situation...
It looks like it might say "In Tune" on the rear bumper, same text style as on their garage sign. Its a garage up in Glasgow where my sister's ex-boyfriend works and is sponsored by in the Clio Cup race series. I have pics of his car, if I can find them and confirm it.
Thats a sh!tter. Looks like it can be repaired though. You just need to get the truck company to accept responsibility and learnt o cover your wheels in your insuarance ;)
Came close to a similar situation myself. Driving down through a village and there is a bus station on the left. The...
My 1.2 16v clio was in the bodyshop I had a Corsa 1.2 twinport courtesy car and it was definatly way better. It just felt like it accelerated a bit quicker, probably wasnt much in it but I think it was the nippier of the two cars. Was actually quite upset giving it back I liked it that much.
Mine smells a bit with the K&N in. Didnt think much of it as the car is running ok. Apart from my random electronics faults.
Personally, I think my K&N is sh!t. Doesnt do anything for performance and puts up my fuel consumption. Sounds ok but not great.
Nothing wrong with that, we all have to start from somewhere. My first car to get me from A to B was a £400 1994 1.3 Fiesta which I had for 3 years.
Anyway, constructuve criticism... lower it, remove the stickers and its all good in my opinion.
I would usually go out and start my car up and put the heaters on for 5 mins before I leave the house in that situation... but I live at the end of a quiet street with a dead end where car crime isnt exactly high lol.
