when you put the cat back on it splutters for about 5 mins as the ECU gets used to the changes, then runs fine , make sure you take it for a fast drive before you have your test to heat the cat up nicely.
gen 2 57i is still open cone although its situated in a place where cold air gets to, i dont know any one who has bought one so no comments. a lot of people here will either recommend the ITG maxogen or the Pipercross viper , from a noise point of veiw the viper is good and i can only recommend one
it can be fitted its not a straight swap, the cat wont mate up you need a link pipe. the subframe will need to be dropped for it to fit and the manifold is expensive unless you can find one cheap
when i had xeons on my not xeon equipted car passed the MOT no probs auto leveling etc only has to be fitted from the factory although on a lowered clio you may need to adjust the lights a little as mine pointed too high
PECO's are not the greatest by far, fitted a few blue flames to people's cars they are pretty well build . power flo can be good and s**t depends where you go.
Grans 106 is red and its faded pretty bad and i want to PC it.

i have the sonus pads and loads of polish like 21, all the megs range
i thought about replacing my 1.2 with a 1.6 and when i worked it out it wasnt much more to stick a 172 engine which i did . unless you can find a cheap engine loom etc then go 172 or nothing
