On the basic settings which you can find on the left you need to enter the connection details of AOL so that it can dial the connection automatically for you. The setting at the top will probably be PPPoA on the basic settings.

Depending on how you log on, but if you log on locally and it's authenticed by AD then if you know who it is create a batch file so that when they log on it shuts the machine down, that's if you can't change each users log on script for some reason.

Think he means only display messages from a certain number when a pin is entered or similar. I've got a K800 and haven't heard of anything like it. There is the code memo but that doesn't interact with the messages part of the phone.

It's probably Internet Explorer 7 that you have Mark which doesn't have the menus by default, right click on the grey bit at the top of the window near where you type your internet addresses in and select 'Menu Bar'.
