I have a CTR and am getting a 172 for the track. Reason why im not getting another CTR for the track is because they are more clumsy on the twisties compared to a Sport [esp with coilovers on!] BUt.... I am still addicted to the power deliver above 5800rpm! BTW... Mines an 05 plate -...

Unless they are attached to the top of the shock I wouldnt bother.

Good advice - although I dont want to spend too much actually on the car itself as this is going to be a cheap project, so if I mash it up on the track I can laugh it off [instead of rolling around crying like a baby!] then buy another one - after ripping all the bits off ;) Whats the best...
