This is a big point, even simple rev matching if you can't heel toe. It removes all sudden loading and juddery vibrations of an unmatched shift being transmitted through the whole drivetrain. Another point imo is taking your time through the shifts, a clean solid shift every time will...

Standard Ferodo/Renault OEM pads. £47.00 from Renault retail parts. Cheap, and they work well.

If I was you I'd stick with standard all round. The Ferodo made Renault OEM pads are £43.47 a set retail prices. Fine for road & track use in my experience and seriously cheap.
