This is exactly the path I trod.
Had the Evo seats - Warren told me I was wasting my time but I hasten to add that they were VERY cheap. They were very comfortable but I don't think they provide a huge amount of support over the standard seats tbh, and the height doesn't change drastically -...
This is a big point, even simple rev matching if you can't heel toe.
It removes all sudden loading and juddery vibrations of an unmatched shift being transmitted through the whole drivetrain.
Another point imo is taking your time through the shifts, a clean solid shift every time will...

Nope he's right, can't remember the exact price of the top of my head but I'm sure its around the £120-30 mark for a pair from the big R. They have recently come down in price and represent great value!
What's the mileage Steve?
I had a misfire becoming more and more apparent, changed the spark plugs last night and its cured it - was well overdue them admittedly; just never get to give my own car some tlc at the moment!
If I was you I'd stick with standard all round. The Ferodo made Renault OEM pads are £43.47 a set retail prices.
Fine for road & track use in my experience and seriously cheap.
I heard that when designing the cayman Porsche realised they could end up with a cheaper car that was better than the 911 could ever dream of being, IIRC they had to restrain themselves from doing just that!
I can sort out a single Bimarco, fits onto standard Renault sliders without any modification and lowers seating position around 80mm +/- depending on bolt positioning.
Two different sizes available.

As I mentioned in the email you sent me Paul, I'm originally from Norfolk - near Fakenham - dad is a farmer back home, go up to see them every couple of weeks.
I'm trying to get my dad to lend me a grass field post harvest for a bit of grass-drifting - thinking about doing a mini-meet up there...
