    The noise is there when stationary as well, but I feel two distinct vibrations through the throttle pedal when accelerating normally.

    I want one as the heat from the turbo gets transferred to the engine and coolant very quickly. Oil is good at temperature, but there is a limit to how hot it should be. Not sure what that is though.lol.

    For the fooked thread, try tidying it up with a needle file. My old ones were like that and they were fixed no problem.

    where is the ICV? I occasionally have a problem like this. Not happened since I stripped plenum off and refitted.

    I mean to change this one and have been reading up. You have to support the engine. Blocks of wood seem the norm.

    well they look like bolts.lol. Still think they are out of place.

    Dont like the tail pipes, you can see the bolts on the inside. Looks a bit too chav, I suppose if you fancied a change you could pop to halfords and bolt a new set on.

    I think I may need to check the engine mounts as i get a knocking noise. Only really audible inside the car, cant hear it from the outside. Any other ideas?

    low boost turbo will probably be throttle body money, I would go for throttle bodies if that is the case.

    HAHAHAHA!!! Mine is spot on, only problem is crappy exhaust and engine mounts. Treat the gearbox and clutch right and it will last.
