I had mine rolling roaded before and after I had my K-Tec zorst and de-cat put on. Zorst will have hardly done anything, but the de-cat made a world of difference. Especially for 40 odd quid lol!
Peak power only went up about 1-2bhp, and torque about 1lb/ft, but both peaked some 300rpm lower...
Look in all the mags, normally the adverts in there have some good deals.
To be honest, I think I got my alloys and tyres at a pretty good price from Demon Tweeks with the club discount.
Right, my brothers thinking of taking his VTS off the road for a year, as he has use of another car to clock up the miles on, and with the money hes spent on the Saxo, its not worth selling it.
So, how is the best way to keep a car off the road for a year?

I have to disagree too.
Mine gets quite a bit of hard use (not abusive though) and Ive had no real problems with it. No more than your average car anyway.
