me and body filler dont get on, i leave that to the pros lol
i know it can be done, if the spray shop dont do it everyday and dont seem confident prob wont come out very well and wont be interested in you if you go back after a month if its cracked, but quite happy to pop into body shop with you ...
they "can" look good if they are in a design that suits clios. ie td 1.2, turini, some of the o.z wheels but the extra price you pay for tyres and the rims its really not worth it. gets 15/16" and put the £££ you save towards somthing else for the car.....
if you get it plastic welded you can create a small lip where there isnt one for the fillter to grab.
i had my mk1 done that way and it didnt crack.....
as long as the text of the plate is of standard size/font you shouldnt have a problem where you put it on the front bumper.
if the wheel cleaner is very acidic just water it down lots.
make sure you wax/seal the wheels then if you keep on top of them you should just be able to use walm body shampoo as the brake dust wont stick to it.
when the bottles say "not for polished wheels" it mean bare metal, yours are...
wont help handeling, will look rather good though.
i would get the same size all round then look at abit if negative camber on the front if you like the tucked look.......
i would be looking for a 106 gti/rallye, saxo vts/vtr, 205 gti, xsara vts, 306 gti, ph1 172, clio 16v, mk1/2 golf 16v, ibiza gti 16v, b16 honda, 2.0 corsa/nova, fiesta zetec if you want fwd.
or mx5 1.8, e36 3 series coupe if you want rwd.....
clutch bearing or fly wheel??
try the gearbox mount too.
if its the other side my guess is again engine mount,or altinator, pas, or belt tensioner/pulley.
check wishbones ect on both sides for loose bolts.
im pretty sure they are et43.
if your still running 25mm spacers they are now et18.

these were pretty good when i had them on a few other cars.
what have renault...
you could buy some mk2 big brake discs then use the 197/200 calipers on some custom carrier brackets and custom braided lines.
you would have to check specs for the rear as they come with bearings fitted in the discs.
the above is mega effort and money.
prob cheaper to buy some 17" wheels ;-)
2009 clio gt
1600 128hp
only engine mod is a panel filter.
renault say service evey two years or 20k but as i drive it pretty hard i change the oil every 6 months.
