at least its only a few bolts and its pretty easy to change...
put a 1.4 tank in there and do away with the small back up tank, that will save you some weight too :-)

meeting up with ms sounds cool, i was gonna say meet up 30mins earlyer anyway so we arrive at rockingham for 07.30 rather than 08.00ish, the roads will be packed by that time.........
mine will be cleaned on sat evening then just taking my box of tricks, if the weather is ok it will just get a rinse and dry, if its raining then prob wont bother tbh
put some standard rims on, maybe get some standard suspension and say you can refit it at no extra cost so buyer has a choice......
maybe some new arty pics and some shots of the inside??
can get to rockingham anytime between 7 and 9am, think it takes around 3 hours from manchester with no stops. think the convoy are planning on leaving the 1st m6 meeting point at about 4am, so its an early start thats for sure.
that turbo is AWESOME!!!!!
bit off topic but what are those things called that you run along side the battery to boost ignition, seen a few rx's with them.......
stunning little motor, i nearly bought a passion mhd before i bit the bullet and just paid bik tax, i really wanted the brabus one but at 10k for a 3 year old one or 9k for a brand new mhd.... glad you like it and the interior looks a lot better packaged now!!!
spend £100 on ag/megs stuff in halfords, this will get you going then look at getting some proper gear and some scrap panels to practice on if you get into it...
as jon said, konis with pro or sportlines is an awesome fast road set up, just because you have £600 to spend doesnt automatically mean coilovers, unless you want to play with the ride height stick to spring/damper combos.....
i think its just that you have been used to driving around in the dry for a few weeks and when it rains its easliy forgoten how the car grips. as said all the fluids cars leak in the dry sit on top on the rain water and make greasy as fcuk!!!!
