This was the state it was in when i got the car. As far as i can tell, part of the gear selector has come off and dug itself under that big diff gear, and exploded out the side of the diff housing as a resault, Fancy a locked box at 100 MPH? scary isnt it.

make sure everything works, and works well. Make sure its not been involved in an accident which will undoubtidly lead to rust. check the gear operatiation, blue smoke, dodgy electrics, wheel bearings, suspension. usual deal really, unless someone else wants to add. Look at it like this...

These were done this morning, just to show the inserts and fogs. Looks much better than the original picture above. Last picture is of the lump ready to be taken out tommorow.

Lofty, degreased the inserts, spent about an hour masking them on the car, and sprayed them in situ. they look perfect mate, looks like it rolled out the factory like it! i need to do some new pics, should get my gearbox fitted for next weekend. So will do some then. Ive done bloody loads of...
