After finally getting to the right town for the street name i was looking for, (picked bilston and i wanted wednesbury in a-z) i finally collected the hoist this morning and managed to remove engine without to much trouble. Just need to seperate the box in the morning (unless not to tired later)...

This was the state it was in when i got the car. As far as i can tell, part of the gear selector has come off and dug itself under that big diff gear, and exploded out the side of the diff housing as a resault, Fancy a locked box at 100 MPH? scary isnt it.
