You need to use fibre glass + resin etc to reinforce the area. You can mold the shape with something as simple as masking tape. You would then need to use some kind of fibre glass filler and prime + paint over it. I would recommend sanding a slightly larger area before you start the work.

Me too, i think it suits the clio with a stealth exhaust. I may just be getting old. I'd have to say i'm into suttle mod's. I used to have a 5" tailpipe on a focus. I think I caught a badger sleeping in there one night.;)

I don't know whether it's just me but I don't think any clio looks good with a visable tail pipe. I haven't seen one tail pipe that suits the car. The k-tecracing stealth system is the way forward.
