For the sake of a few more quid change the PSU and the case isn't the greatest. Aesthetics aside (which is always a personal preference) it's a fairly cheap/flimsy case with very poor cooling properties.

I've seen that error before but only when trying to install/upgrade from a previous Windows installation.

Are you running the installation process from Dos or from an existing version of Windows?
