A lot of the quick detailers work as clay lube or you can just do the shampoo and water thing.

I'd clay before the polish, you should be able to get both for not much more than £20. Meg's Quik Clay for the clay and probably the Autoglym Super Resin Polish followed by Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection. If your after swirl removal the best bet probably is Meg's ScratchX.

Which one you trying? The New Look Trim Gel? I've not tried this on the interior yet so I'd be interested as to how it does.

I think the reason Rich says to use the QD is because it's quicker (there shouldn't be much on from the wash yesterday) than the full wash but if you've run out of QD then just wash.

Best thing I would say is wash it again. If you need to clay do that before the wash.

I've got the InstaWax but personally prefer the OCW as it doens't mark the bumpers when you get it on them.

These are plusher than those ones, there isn't much to those at all. I've got quite a few of these (green) and they are great for those jobs that you don't want the best ones for and are brilliant value.

Black wheels on your car look really nice but anything else like the carbon bonnet I don't really think looks all that. Rich, you should be ashamed at that mileage, go for a drive!

Doesn't strip the RimWax and you can leave it for 5 minutes or so with out problems.

Rich uses PB Natural Look dressing regularly and the Einszett c.ockpitt premium once a month I believe he's said before.

Look great! Did you have a problem with it being in the sun when you did it?

As said before this can resist the heat that is produced on your alloys opposed to normal wax, thus giving you better protection.

That looks like the ones you get from CarWash'n'Wax too.
