nooooooooo, im no longer the only one with a black one in the club :-(
my mirror caps and side mouldings are going pearl black in the next few months.
then the wheels are going a wacky colour as are the side bullets.
CLIO chrome lettering is comming off the boot too.
had these plans...
not a fan im afraid, should have saved a bit of cash and had just the left side done but if you like it then thats all that matters......
a nice drop on a -60mm shock/spring kit next??
also depends on what car and model its for??
i would be spending it on some decent 5.25" front componets £50ish, disconnect rear speakers if you have any and a low power 8or 10" sub/amp/wiring package £100ish.....
look for pics of biohazards old bus, sofaboys, mine, cliotoby and a few others have non sport mk3's.
tbh an nice drop, nice wide wheels or spacers with standard mk3 clio 16" alloys, silvervisions and some colour coding is all they need to look cool.
im after finding out what size brake disks/pad shape i have on my car (front and rear)...
its a 2009 1.6 gt, pics of a workshop manual would be great as i cant find a definative answer on the net :-(
cheers in advance...
Re: cleaned/euro mk2 phase 1 (Now for sale)
getting the arches, roof and petrol cap done is pointless/overkill. i know its what you want but just painting it silver wouldnt detract from the look of the car which would no doubt get you alot of attension on here and at shows.
so £1000 for paint...
Re: cleaned/euro mk2 phase 1 (Now for sale)
sorry to sound harsh but why sell it in that state, wont get half as much as its worth.
i would sell the golf and think about maybe moving the goal posts a bit and just paint it silver and get front spacers.
will still be a stunning looking car...
really nice motors these, can get some right bargins with higher milage nowerdays. all they need is a heathly drop and a few breathing mods and they go really well too.
keep up the good work.....
no question marks to be fair lol
yes it will stretch on and proberbly crack and look s**t but like you said its only to make it legal for a few weeks.......
its not so much the parts that cost its the profesionals setting them up that costs the money as you can pay around £150 to just set up suspension that then might not suit your driving style etc so you could be back and forth a few times getting it right.
also its the consumables and little...
i think jasons and matts idea is best but not in colour or model order.
then have the timeline infront of the cs tent/stand to attract attract people/women lol
150-200 cars is always gonna look like a car park no matter how you set them out as we have limited space......
