my wash mit goes in the washing machine along with all my micro fibre cloths after every wash. had the mit well over a year now.....
use a cheap sponges on the wheels w.ith a wonder weals brush though.
the problem with non sports especially is that the arches are pretty wide and the oe wheels are only 6.5" wide also tend to have a high offset of around 43 so the wheel ends up being tucked inside the arches with a massive gap and looks w@nk.
people fit the spacers of say 25mm per corner brings...
poor quality soft threads that work loose, doesnt help that the spacer is made of steel so is pretty heavy. try to get hold of some stainless steel ones. they should be m12x1.5!!

you need to measure the center bore of the rota.
civics have 56.1 mm and clio has 60.1mm so unless you used spigot rings on the civic they wont fit........
