Just get it welded on? fyi the bolts you've removed also hold the lower inlet on, so make sure they're tight enough when they go back. Mine rattled loose.

fibre glass will be lighter mate. In fact most of the CF ones have fibre glass skin to them.

This is what worries me a little. I'm getting mine mapped on 95, but somewhere like Oulton which is roughly 2min per lap, fuel will disappear in no time. I'm suprised you manage to finish a race? Presumably refueling isn't allowed in tintop. I'm going to have to invest in some big drums to take...

something's not right there. Might be worth getting them resynced tbh. Failing that, if you put it on CLIP it will should you where the problem lies to an extent. It may just be a case of revalidating.
