you can unscrew the solnoid off the tubing, you must leave this pluged in so the ecu thinks its still there doing it job, i just zip tied mine up put in the fuse box
1.4 energy engines have made 100bhp my sugestion would be to tell them the engine was damaged and a replacement is being fitted and is out of a clio " " whatever has the engine , they will then insure it as that

you can do it by unscrewing the covers i took the dash off took the old ones out and glued some infinity ones in but i had to run new wires anyway as their amped now
