there ok in the wet run a539s for ages brilliant in the dry and on corners but there are better wet tyres around and with winter coming soon better off with something like uniroyal rain sport
kwik fit wanted £250 for the middle box for my mate
all the oem and standard renault exhaust systems for the 172 are around £400 in total and more for each section.
better off getting a custom stainless system for around £300 fitted

it will still turn if its not programed the engine will crank too just not start hell my old key from my 1.2 sometimes starts my car even though it shouldnt
i would slow down to a junction and the light would come on the belt was ok but the earth strap wasnt making a good connection
also check the link form your gearbox to the main wiring loom take your airfilter odd/airbox and have a good look at all the wiring
under the car on the passengers side bolted to the subframe is the earthstrap this in turn bolts to the gearbox chec this is not frayed or rusted

yes the above engine is the newer one
if you willie has ABS then no probs the ratio is different in final drive. if your willie doesnt have ABS then it will fit but no speedo . better off trying to find a cup gearbox
not hard mate , take the airbag off (disconnect the battery) there are 2 metal clips at the back of the wheel unclip them with a flat bladed screw driver airbag will pull off... then draw a line with tipex accross the wheel and spline (so u can line it up right) pull like f**k on it and it will...
It wont fit then some clios even 1.2 8v have a return but yours doesnt the 01 onwards 172 doesnt have a return either so therefore no power boost valve for it .

yeah the 1.2 16v has 2 lines one is the fuel supply to the rail the other is the gas line that passes through the charcoal canister. ive seen one other 1.2 16v with a return line but it was an old one, best way to check if you have a return is look under the car from the drivers side before the...
