A fortune off Renault IIRC
This has to be one of the pikey-ist mods going
EDIT: Add drilling holes in an exhaust for sound to the above category of mods
I think the unassuming presence (relatively speaking) is something they build into the brief when designing the cars, I think its spot on tbh, imagine if they covered them in scoops & spoilers etc they would loose there touch!
Then again ;):
Re: My 182, six months of ownership in words and pics
Seats are ours matey, fit straight onto the Renault sliders so they are adjustable :) take a look
Re: My 182, six months of ownership in words and pics
Thanks for all the comments fella, 35k is just run in ;) they peak at 75-80k I would like too think! Its just the renault plastic bits that let the side down, but come 90k they will be all out anyway when she becomes SORN and becomes an all...
Re: My 182, six months of ownership in words and pics
** Cheeky update **
Still munching through the miles over here, the car hit 58k at the weekend, so that's 20k in 7 months! If there ever has been an example of a 1*2 handling high millage mine is it! The little beauty has not put a foot...
You've got to be kidding me right? If you knew anything about either individual involved in the development of this inlet I guarantee 110% you would retract that statement!
You should rephrase it as
Then you would be on the right track ;)
1. If the timing is out prior to having it done then yes for the better.
2. If you take it to a place who do not know what they are doing on the sports than it will feel worse, probably at some point in the first 5 miles of driving ;)
The standard box and ITG panel filter is the most cost effective option, compliments the remaps but doesn't cost the earth. That's why we include it in our basic Stage 1 tune with the Group N remap.
The v6 airbox is another option, especially on cups as you can route the CAF to the space in the...
In a nutshell:
The advantages you will see from expensive Induction kits are nearly non existent, in some cases like a Viper the kits can be very detrimental! The most cost effective option is the ITG panel filter dropped in the standard box - done. One of the best aspects of this is that it is...
I use the Pantone Huey Pro @ work, and that combined with a correctly calibrated printed/plotter/proofer you can get some very accurate results, especially for print output. The Huey works very well and is very easy to use, also works with multiple monitors and have a set of variable options...
Sounds like a stone or something similar in the pad, either that or the pad is wearing unevenly and the lead edge is scoring the disc. Get the pads off, that will probably reveal the problem.
guys your all missing the point. The fella has bonnet lifters, the increased angle on the bonnet incline and subsequent down force promotes silly front end grip allowing even a meager 1.4 to beat an RS of the line. Where have you lot been all these years while these sort of developments have...
ah smilies lol, make you look like a plonker if you use them too much!
The rear access is something we are working on for the Bimarco's as a later upgrade (from the launch thread):
Although as they can slide, there is just about enough room to get someone in the back through the gap...
Saying you were right chap (sarcasm is a b!tch too convey over a internet connection ;)) They lowered around 15mm IIRC (when I measured the back of the seat against a standard), barely noticeable tbh. The only real benefit for the Recaros was the hold & comfort, so much better than the...
Thanks mate. They really are awesome for the money. I sold my Evo Recaros & had a lot of change left over after getting these! As a plus side they slide too so are more usable day to day.

I had these in my car up until two weeks ago.
