    rentech mate, it takes like 40mins at most if the engine is out of the car! mike has done loads of them too! plus you already have the new belt on etc

    yea, then hope no valves are bent from when you have been cranking it, runing it etc. you need ALL the tools though to ge tthe right tention on the belt, there are no keys its all friction fittings

    cambelt has prob slipped a few teeth yer, they dont really work loose unless the bolt was never fitted right.

    in pic two, the notch in the top of the pully bearing (sorta 10oclock) should be lined up with the (tiny triangle) on the right hand side (3 oclock)

    yep 100% too slack , its in the wrong place by 130 degrees

    as above, you have to remove the oil seal caps and need the tool to lock into the back of the cams (you will need to replace the cam seals when you remove them) then the pin to lock the crank i have the kit to do this which i will sell!

    yes thats the bolt spacing i fitted my FKs off my psh1 1.2 onto a psh2 1.2 they both used 58mm hubs
