Copper grease is best.
Some people say your not supposed to grease them but most people do and its not going to do them any harm providing they are tightened to the correct torque they are never going to come out or get loose.
If you dont grease them you risk the bolts seazing inside the...
I had a look couldn never find an adapter for it. It may work with an alpine head unit but im not sure. I just got a headunit with a usb port and hooked a harddrive up to it.
^^ It's not too bad to correct in the ph1 as its got no stability control you just need to go against your instink's and blip the throttle and the back end tucks in quite nicely. Best thing to do though is not go in quick enough to have to lift off!!
I got a brand new set off of ebay from here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300213082153 free postage and they arrived next day still sealed in the box and much cheaper then you can get them anywhere else. Make sure you get some new pads too.

If its running all that I would make sure its been remapped to get the most out of the car. 20mpg is rubbish definately something wrong. Possibly the Lambda sensor as said above.
^^ somewhere that knows what they are doing or are you going to be going to a specialist in a few weeks to get it done again along with a full engine rebuild?!?!
Generally its considered that you can spend a fortune on the engine and not see any considerable gains.
IMO money is best spent on handling, braking system then breathing mods, exhaust and a remap.
Very good tyre and seem to last a while too. I think there were designed and tested quite heavily with the 182.
As said your very lucky to have 4 new ones on there.
Wouldn't bother changing it tbh Rentech took a look at mine and just lubed it as its a comman fault and there's not a great deal that can be done about it. Someone on here has had a new cable, new clutch, new pedal assembly and a new clutch and it still does it.
