I had to change from the straight thru mid section to the silenced mid as it was just too loud for me. The silenced mid section is perfect imho; quiet at 70-80 on cruise and I can hear the ace induction noise from the 197 cams again.
Re: ABS & SERV lights on, MOT failed, can't clear it with the computer.. advice pleas
These cases are usually down to a corroded connection near the rear beam giving a poor sensor earth which the ABS ECM interprets as an open circuit.
Replaced the Pure straight thru center section with the silenced section... ahhh, I can hear again. Now injector #4 has broken loose like a mutherfu#@!r
Without seeing/hearing or more details? We're not miricle workers lolz
What rough area is it coming from and how exactly did you "check" the ancillary run?
Re: Hooters meet - Nottingham - Date TBC
The wife works nights and they're odd alternating shifts so one week she will work Mon-Weds then Fri-Sun. It really depends on what date you all go with for me but I'll do my best to get out.
If its doing that then it rules out a basic system/low gas pressure fault... deffo gonna need someone that knows what they're doing with these cars I'm afraid.
Have you checked the position motors are actually moving? These are common for breaking and if its not this it deffo needs electronic...
I'd say you need it looking at chap. Ideally someone with CLIP but anyone with decent equipment that can see all of the A/C related parameters will be able to help.
Can you hear the compressor "click" when you press the AC button?
