help please, oil smells like petrol

hey guys
got a question from a lady i know who owns a clio dynamique 2002 1.4

she says her oil smells like petrol and that the car is running very rough

if anyone has any ideas as neither me my dad or brother can think of what it is

Proberbly over fuelling... the question is why? You're going to need some diagnostic kit to put your finger on it.
