like everything you get what you pay for. if you buy some lowering springs, the ride may be slightly more harsh and will most likely be a bit crashy on bumps. your dampers/shocks wont last very long as theyre not designed for it. but then its only gonna cost about 150 quid including fitting...

people have been doing it ages chipwizards nick hill i believe can do it too? think GDI are in the process of getting the equipment to do it too.

but thats the thing.. you may not NOTICE the couple of extra bhp from a proper map (over a generic map being flashed), but your car could be running a hell of a lot better, and using the extra power alot better, and being more efficent on fuel as its setup for your exact air flow/fuel...

your college car parking is amazing we have the tiniest spaces designed to be tight on minis i think. and no one can park properly in them :(
