They'll fit, but damping rates and spring rates are different iirc. Although not by much.

despite all the other stuff that goes wrong with them, the engines appear to be quite strong. Very rare you hear of a failure on here tbh.

It's the weight (or rather lack of it), that makes the difference, not the engine. The F7R is by no means a special engine.
