Yes, because i dislike decals. They're found on cars like Nova's/Corsa's/Saxo's, to the general public it just spells chav. On a track its different, its good to see. But personally I usually laugh as such cars.
No reflection on the driver, or the car in general im sure it shifts. But just not...
Personally if i saw that on the road, i'd laugh. But fair play.
Speaking of which Clart have you seen that c**k in a MK1 painted in yellow and blue driving aorund hinckley?
Dude get rid of that picture, its HUGE and it screws the forum up. I want pictures of Clios on FK's not trolleys, add a link not the picture :(
Well they officially drop 70mm, but 100mm is apparently possible.
Looking good Chris, how do you find the ride mate?
Ali officially yes only 70mm, but unofficially you can get them down 100mm if you wanted to..although frankly thats madness.
Both mate, fully adjustable from 40mm down to 100mm. Konigs also have adjustable dampening.
Oh if anybody has the FK Konigs maybe you could write me up a short but sweet review, and things to watch for ;)
Same for springs? I have some Eibachs for sale, and wouldn't mind knowing if they would fit a PH1 172. Am i right in saying they will fit all cars apart from the CUP versions?
Cambelt will be good for 60k+ usually, but if theres no SH for it, you can't be sure its been looked after. Wait for your 48k service and have it changed then, your looking at £350 for cam+aux
So literally pull the Koni's off, fit the coils..and va va voom?
Figured they'd be something specialist about fitting them though, obviously need to get the setup correct, and get tracking aligned...surely it can't be that easy?
Based at Hinckley mate.
If you can do it and get it setup for £50 then that sounds ideal. Is there any tooling required above the ordinary? Do you need spring compressors or anything?
Not sure mate, can't say i've ever really got my hands dirty changing struts and springs. In principle it sounds easy, but i don't want to be caught short by not having the right tools for the job.
My Koni's and eibachs should come off easily enough, but just worried i'd hit obstacles.
Got my FK Konigs coming in the next two weeks all being well, and basically im looking for some help, in the shape of:
A - Someone who knows how to fit coils, who owns the correct tooling like spring compressors.
B - A garage recommendation, who won't charge ridiculous sums of money, around...
Thanks guys, he corrected the mistake.
He's selling it because he's reinvesting some cash into his business temporarily, and will also be moving house shortly. He need's his account sitting pretty for it all to happen smoothly. The place he's got his eye on also doesn't have a garage and he...
My old man just put his Boxster S on eBay and I was wondering if one or two kind souls could place a bid on it, just upto £10,500/£11,000 to instigate some interest.
Just a cheeky request, obviously don't need a serious buyer (unless you want to buy it of course) but a bid would be cool ;)...
Wasn't stating that fact as a direct dig at you, but really the feature set of the chocolate looks old hat now. The E900 is a good all round package, and a very capable and good looking phone.
You pays your money, you make...
I had an E900 but sold it to a lad on here called 'Saxo vts' so he will be able to give you a run-down. Lovely design though, and a MUCH better spec than the LG Chocolate.
Good choice.
Are you on crack lad, or are you voicing that opinion because you own a gigantic N91 brick?
Seriously, you really don't make any sense with your phone Nokia boy related posts. There have and are plenty of great phones which have been small. Size has fk all todo with feature set.
