Andy has one on his, and its not great, BUT, its a very old one, 6 years or so? I believe they have been improved!

The RS is a bit different than the lesser models, so...
99% of wheel wobble issues are balancing issues, can you drive through it? usually if they wobble at 60, if you do 70 they improve, if thats the case its definately a balancing issue!!
No way either of the wheels are still damaged? the one you didn't replace?
Smell in the car is generally caused by bacteria in the A/C as already said, You can get an A/C treatment from halfords / car parts retailers.
You close all the windows, leave the car running with the ac on recirculation, and set the canister off.

MY ten pence worth : I have the older style calipers on my cup, there were a kit supplied by godspeed brakes originally, Seem ok, but then i don't track it etc!!

Can't see a turbo one ever being reliable to be honest, there just not meant to be!!
As for the ITB's, i was unsure about reliability, but was assured correctly mapped it would be as reliable as a standard setup.
I suppose if you rag the b****cks off it everyday then other stuff will break /...
