Jamesstone on here sorted out a mint ph1 track car, and ts very nearly finished, fitted with fixed buckets, fully stripped, coillies etc. Bought it cheap as a pikey wagon sorted it out, and now its a lovely little motor and it goes likt sh1t of a shovel! Unfortunately he is having to sell it...

not all Recaros are the same fitment, especially if they were designed specifically for a certain car! (like the VXR seats and CTR seats I'm guessing?)

Yeah you need the mounts, but its not that simple as i am finding fitting evo MR Recaro seats into my clio. Takes a bit of adjustment but they are all the same width so with patience and planning they do go in eventually :)

Jamesstone on here has a LY vee, with a roll cage in the back of it etc. Its the same as the other models, with that little mirror behind them and the display stand

^^ as above leave the car for at least 20mins before fitting the pre-tensioner as it allows for the capacitors to discharge removing the risk of the thing going off when you plug it in.

Hi all, need some thoughts on a problem with my 182. It pulls hard and straight through all the gears and the 5k kick (vtec yo!:rasp:) is still there, however once in 5th and around 4k ish if you put your foot down the car doesn't make any progress at all and the engine note becomes 'poppy'...

Loose all the foam crap etc, £10 electric compressor from tesco ftw. Gets you a few hundred yards etc then top up again, keep going till you get to a tyre repair place. If you use the foam it ruins the tyre and you just have to buy a replacement :S
