so is the megane engine the same as a 172/182 engine, just with a turbo bolted on (plus internal upgrades?) or is it a totally different unit?
would custom engine mounts be needed?
does a clio gearbox not fit onto this engine?

i am also in same position, want a new exhasut for 182 cup, but not sure what my choices are.
for me it cant be too loud as i do alot of track days, and dont want risk of breaking sound tests, also has to be good enough for if/when i go throttle bodies in future!
i am more convinced by the leaving the interior in, just for convienience, friends, family etc.
tho when ever i think about screaming around track in my stripped VTS.... :D

basically, do i go full on track or more refined?
Basically i used to run a track day saxo VTS, stripped out, roll cage, throttle bodies engine etc etc. This car is no longer with me, but i am still going to do...
M3 (old skool E30 Evo!!), forget the TVR, garbage in my eyes!
for me, i would be looking at EVO's, or a scooby Spec C from litchfield!
if its sporty and small, the Elise would be a good chocie!
i looking to get a set of these in next few weeks.
i can fit them myself no problem, but understand that they will need to be set up.
is this a case of just getting the wheel allignment, tracking etc checked and adjusted, or as the car sits lower etc do they need to be setup to curtain...
