if you took the ovel plate off, put a axe through the dash and binned it, then to top it off you lost the V5

420's give a good hike in power and torque across the rev range and perform very well!
the 428's are very dull until 4.5k ish then there is a kick in the power upto the redline.
BenR finds the grpN 420s work much better on the cam...
remove the lower rubber but leave the top one in
the bigger platform with the large "hex" shape on the bottom, goes from under the rear of the beam (cover it with grease and knock it in)

CAT have some really good profiles and are still a billit cam, I'm not sure if there is any back to back graphs/power runs done with the schricks and CAT, but BenR uses the CAT cam every time.
We can fit schrick if you want, but they do cost extra.
jack the car up
remove the arb 13mm bolt and clamp (under the arm)
crack the ball joint bolt off (think its 18mm)
remove the first bolt on the wishbone (at this point make note of the order of all the nuts washers and bolts
remove the second side 21mm nut and bolt.

try this
remove the engine cover.
undo the 4 bolts on the left hand mount
get a bar(big one)
jam it behind the back of the mount and rest it against the strut piller

jack the car up and secure it.
drop the front bolt of the new dog bone mount. (engine side)
see the black bracket attached to the gear box?
slacken the top bolt to finger tight its 13mm
then using a screwdriver or something to pivet the bottom of the black bracket forward...
it all depends, if you have seen a few of there systems and are pleased with the quality then it will be fine,
as long as they can get you the sound your after, then you cant really go wrong at this level IMO, unless your spending thousands of pounds on other modifications on a quest for huge...
