Heat + oil/gas dampers spells trouble to me! Remember they have rubber seals in the dampers too! Get them off the car, big pipe on the end of the C spanner with the unit in the vice. Much better idea!

The Billies i have (B14) are super controlled on a committed A/B road hack, but can be a bit crashy round town

All 182's do this. The are over tyred. 172's dont suffer due to the 195, rather than the 205's fitted to the 182

Convert the standard HU? Explain?! I want to upgrade the Cup sounds, but not massively wanting to swap HU........ Also i want some more bass, without a sub. Can 13cm speakers (uprated?) do this? I did have some infinity 5012i's (45W RMS 135W peak, means nothing to me btw) coupled with an uprated...

Simple as the ecu seeing the right resistance. Anything from 3-6 ohm will suffice. Desnt need resetting by Renault or anything. If how ever you have fired off an airbag, you need a new ecu (airbag) from Renault

I've read it seen the pics. They are cheap coilovers - fact.

Koni adjustables and Sportlines (Pro-better still) give a very good road set up. I'd avoid these £200 coilovers that seem to be all the rage on here, no such thing as a free lunch. I have B14's and rate them, massively

One of the best road set ups would be Koni with Eibach sportlines. Infact, pro's are better still, but the drop is near standard height

Any European Clios have this? Back when i had a Nova you could get the bit from a Spanish one, new glass/seals/hinges........ Not sure i saw any hinge mountings when i stripped the rear out the other week though.......
