Luck, lunacy and practice. First corner, aim for the green bar on the left, brake down into 4th (or the top of 3rd to be safe), turn in. The car will run wide a little if you go in too hot, but if you wait the front end will grip again. Once you know you're going to stay on track without running...

I always drove with throttle and brake on an analog stick when I was using controller. Mind you that was during the days of the PS2!

Well... I set a 51.550, which was reasonably tidy... But I didn't see the bit about it being in Time Trial mode. For the interest of fairness I went back and had another go in time trial mode... Meh, 51.821. Bit messy, but the PC bluescreened a lap after and I can't be arsed to set any more...

Not on console, but I've played both and I honestly prefer Pcars. I don't feel either is that accurate, but they're both reasonably close and Pcars is a better 'experience' IMO.

Really? For me it, and the 275 trophy, are ridiculous for oversteer! The Focus drives the nicest out of all the FWD cars IMO.

I think that's what I used. pCars is very sensitive for FFB settings, and it makes a big difference to the feel.

Sadly it's just the nature of the stuff, it breaks down over time. It's cheap as chips to replace though. I've got it under my gearstick surround.
