YES! (but as above, wifi!) Get a wifi ELM327, then use the DashCommand app. Works great on everything I've ever plugged it into. 1000000000% recommend.

The stiffer the better, TBH, as long as it's ergonomic. I'd rather have a reasonable table than a wobbly cheap floor stand. Personally though I have a full on rig, it's in the simracing thread somewhere.

The Thrustmaster is the slightly better quality wheel, although the G29 comes with a clutch pedal (although no shifter as standard with either wheel).

Annoyingly I would say that that's about the only real option at that price point since you can't use a Logitech G27 with a PS4. A T300RS is a much better wheel if you can stretch to that.
