The MX5 has a normal seatbelt and harnesses.
You just use the normal belt like you would any normal belt, without trying to thread it through all the seat holes. That's only for driving to events though, because f**k the impracticality.
I would personally just CG lock the belt on the stock...
What a PITA. Shadowplay's audio seems to be stupidly quiet with Project Cars. Regardless, I've just found the kart tracks!
OH, AND THE f**king MOUSE SHOWS UP? b****cks!
It *should* work on any car with OBDII sockets - that's the whole point of them. Certainly if the RSTuner can pull all that data out, then I'd expect the ELM can too.
It's a very well done app. As good as Torque is for Android. I've got gauges set up for various things like AFR, Coolant Temp...
YES! (but as above, wifi!)
Get a wifi ELM327, then use the DashCommand app.
Works great on everything I've ever plugged it into. 1000000000% recommend.
PLCC2 SMDs. 10 in number if I recall correctly.
If you're at least half decent with a soldering iron then it's alright.
I think there's a guide on here too.
The stiffer the better, TBH, as long as it's ergonomic. I'd rather have a reasonable table than a wobbly cheap floor stand.
Personally though I have a full on rig, it's in the simracing thread somewhere.
Annoyingly I would say that that's about the only real option at that price point since you can't use a Logitech G27 with a PS4.
A T300RS is a much better wheel if you can stretch to that.
HIDs in the main beam aren't the greatest tbh.
The warmup time isn't good, and the drivers don't like to be flicked on and off constantly - hence why BiXenons use a moveable shutter rather than a second bulb.
However to answer your question, usually it's a case of a bad earth causing a back...
The only ones I don't really like are the Megane Trophy, RXC Turbo and the 12C. The rest I've found pretty easy to drive tbh, even that horrible looking W motors Hyelashckan Hyperedgy.
Errything on.
I love driving the Focus RS too. The Meganes are twitchy as f**k - Oh, you used something other than full throttle whilst turning the steering wheel? Allow me to pitch you into a wall backwards. Even under full throttle the arse sometimes comes out.
